IMECE Women’s Centre’s Annual General Meeting

IMECE Women’s Centre’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on 17 May 2013 at Mildmay Community Centre. It has started by informing the Imece users about the changes in welfare benefit system. Two speakers were invited from Islington Council to inform the attendees about the recent benefit changes and cuts and the impacts on people’s life.

The meeting was continued by reports of the managers of each service for the previous year and discussion held on how the service could be improved to the better. After that the accountant of the Imece chaired and reported on the annual financial account of the last year. The new management committee and a user committee were elected.
