6-Week Women’s Workshops: “Know yourself”

Don’t miss out IMECE’s new series of Women’s Workshops that will be starting on the 29 of September! “Know yourself” is a free online 6-week women workshop that will allow women to gain knowledge and practice on their psychological health and wellbeing. Every week, women will work on a different topic with the IMECE’s counselor. The workshops will be on Zoom platform, between 11:30-13:00 on Wednesdays. The sessions will be held in Turkish.

IMECE Women’s Workshop is a weekly activity to raise awareness, deliver high quality, comprehensible, needs-oriented activities on individual and social issues such as general needs, social skills, mental and physical health. This service is for Turkish, Kurdish and Cypriot and all women who speak Turkish over the age of 18. IMECE Women’s Workshops are between 11.30-13.00 on Wednesdays.
